"Steve worked with our family and our Lab puppy Captain. Steve's understanding of how to work not only with the dog but the whole family was great!! His common sense approach is great in working with kids and helping them understand how to interact appropriately with the puppy. The other area that I feel sets Steve apart is his communication.
